Uncertain Multi-Objective Hazardous Materials Transport Route Planning Considering Resilience and Low–Carbon

Hazardous material transport accidents are events with low probability and high consequence risk. With the increase in proportion of hazardous materials transported on domestic roads, increasing number scholars have begun to study this field. In study, a multi-objective route planning model considering road traffic resilience carbon, which considers uncertainty demand time is under limit window. It transports many types from multiple suppliers retails three goals (transportation cost, risk carbon emission). This fills gap research transportation field first that considered as one weight factors calculation. We designed improved ant colony optimization algorithm (ACO) obtain pareto optimal solution set. compare ACO genetic simulated annealing algorithm. The results show has better quality space, verifies validity reliability ACO.
